Intentional living as I see & live it 

The beauty of living intentionally is that it's not one-size-fits all. Each journey is personal and uniquely lived. Here's a no-fuss overview of my understanding, approach & application of intentional living in my daily life.

What is intentional living?

Intentional living is complete awareness of your beliefs and values, and living your life in alignment to them through your daily habits, choices, and actions.

By living intentionally, you've made a conscious decision to find real clarity of your purpose, your individual path to reach your goals, and dedication to live out your values every day. It will often require internal reflection and a commitment to refocus and recenter when you start to lose harmony. How much work and consistent effort you apply toward that journey is yours to decide.

This site is not meant to overhaul your life overnight, but rather inspire you to step outside your comfort zone. My wish for you is to start slow, give yourself a lot of grace, embrace the imperfect moments and use them as an invitation to learn about yourself and what's truly most important now and for your future.
