We talk a lot about being intentional on this blog so it might surprise you I’m sharing 2022 fall style trends but.. hear me out. I love a timeless wardrobe – one that’s built on staple pieces that can stand the test of time. But, that gets old very quick. In my opinion, you have to add a little spice to it, and the degree of spice is up to you.

In true form I’m marrying the two. I’m not going full in on trends but I’m also not departing from my tried-and-true classics.

I’m sharing *keyword* wearable fall style trends. I have seen quite a bit of incredible fall trends this season but many don’t translate well to day-to-day life. Here I’ve picked out the ones that will help you feel current with trends without leaving the foundation of timeless wardrobe pieces.

Head-to-toe black

I love that this timeless trend is at the forefront of fall fashion right now. Depending on how casual you make it (a tee and jeans) or more formal, it’s perhaps the most wearable and chic.

Cargo pants

Talk about a throwback! Cargo pants are back and they are everywhere. Because they’re naturally loose fitting, I recommend pairing them with a body-hugging top and simple sneakers. They’re a great basic to own for errands and lunch hang-outs.

Simple white tees

Can I get an “amen” for this trend? While the nature of the white tee is casual, this fall it’s all about pairing it with leather pants and fun skirts. It’s the perfect juxtaposition; it balances a look and makes it more approachable.

Feminine vs. Masculine

This trend can be achieved by pairing a dress with a blazer or mixing a softer fabric like lace with a traditionally more masculine fabric like leather. It’s such a fun way to express your personality and play a little with fashion.

Wide-leg trouser

This is my most favorite trend and one I believe is universally flattering. Highly recommend trying some on for your holiday looks this season.
